(Part 3)
Regardless of the sort of upbringing we have had, from miserable to difficult, to indifferent, to one that was warm and fuzzy, this upbringing, compounded by the various events that have shaped our teen years, has conditioned us to respond to adult life according to a particular set of cognitive responses. In early childhood we learnt to accept that the little child caught in the eye of a camera, the one we were told, ‘is you,’ was us.Are Your Associations or Relationships Serving You?
When you invest time around carefully chosen new associations, you expand your circle of influence and by default you reduce the amount of time you waste with the wrong people. This is not an easy exercise to carry out, but it is most certainly a very worthwhile one. If you are trapped in a cycle of unacceptable results and you seem to have reached a ceiling on your success journey, carrying out this audit and consciously choosing your associations going forward, may very well be the catalysts you are searching for, to take you to the next level. How Just An Extra Minute A Day Can Make A Difference To Any Area Of Your Life!
A couple of months ago, I came up with the idea to increase the amount of time I used my exercise bike on a daily basis. My plan was to start on the first day of the month and do one minute of exercise, on the second day do two minutes of exercise and so on… Anyway it went really well and I completed the month and managed to fit in an extra 31 minutes of exercise on the final day without any great hardship, sacrifice or loss of doing anything else I enjoyed. As well as feeling better for it (and hopefully not just kidding myself), I learnt a few useful things as well many of which relate to marketing and life in general – and I would like to share a few of those with you now…The Law of Attraction Is Just The Beginning

[Part 2]
Who’s in charge of this mess? One of the most misleading universal misconceptions of the past millennia is the cultural belief that we, humans, are the masters of our destiny; that up to the moment that immediately precedes death, it is up to us alone to orchestrate the outcomes we want through relentless determination and also by following our dream. Yet, well before Death knocks on our door, many of us believe that our life, even when pleasant enough, is devoid of real contentment. The Balance Of Life and Personal Growth
